About the Role:
Ledgent Accounting & Finance is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Coordinator to join our client's dynamic team in Tampa. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with numbers, processes, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities and reconciliations.
  • Maintain and update financial records in compliance with company policies.
  • Support the accounting team with reporting and analysis as needed.
  • Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $48,000 - $58,000 annually (based on experience)
